This uplifting evening is all about care, connection, and conversation — a safe space for women to come together, center our health, and share meaningful strategies for thriving as we navigate our aging journeys.

Our featured guest speaker, Dr. Lenore Tate, psychologist, gerontologist, and Commissioner with the California Commission on Aging, will offer valuable insights and inspiration on how to age with grace, purpose, and power.
