May 5th is the Big Day of Giving and we invite you to support Sac Cultural Hub Media Foundation and the 10-20 Black nonprofit organizations participating in the annual Big Day of Giving-BDOG. This year several African American nonprofits in Sacramento have joined together as SAANC-Sacramento African American Nonprofit Coalition. SAANC’s mission is to increase awareness and inform the community about all the vital educational/academic, entrepreneurship, health access, and art programs offered to youth-at-risk and families by these organizations.
We encourage you to join us for a live jazz artist performance and appetizers on Tuesday, May 5th from 5 pm to 7:30 pm at the Sojourner Truth Multicultural Art Museum, 2251 Florin Rd in South Sacramento (nearest cross street is 24th) to learn about the incredible work these non-profits are doing in your community.
