18-year-old arrested in Arden Fair Mall shooting on Black Friday that killed 2 teens

17-year-old Sa’Quan Reed-James and 19-year-old Dewayne James Jr. were killed in the shooting.

Sacramento police identified the alleged shooter as Damario Beck.
