“Iron Man 3” Has 2nd Biggest Opening Ever

“Iron Man 3” raked in $175.3 million in its first three days, earning it the second best opening weekend of all time, according to an article on EW.com.

The highly-anticipated movie starring Robert Downey, Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle reportedly earned an average $41,218 per theater. Additionally, $16.5 million in tickets sales came from IMAX.
