President Barack Obama was sworn in for his second term earlier today, Monday, January 21.
An expected 600,000 peple assembled on the National Mall in front of the Capitol for the event, according to an article on NYTimes.com.
President Obama had been officially sworn in during a small private ceremony on Sunday at the White House.
