According to a new report released this week by Realtor.com, the Sacramento area had the largest gains of home sale prices of any metro region in the United States, according to an article on HuffingtonPost.com.
The report says five of the 10 cities with the fastest growth are located in Northern California — including San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland and Fresno.
