The application deadline for Sierra Health Foundation’s Respite Partnership Collaborative has been extended until Monday, April 23 at 5pm.
Sierra Health Foundation is seeking Sacramento County stakeholders to apply for the Respite Partnership Collaborative (RPC), an innovative project that will support respite programs and services as a way to respond to mental health crisis in Sacramento County.
