Minority Teens Performing at Low Rates

According to a recent article on The Huffington Post’s Black Voices, educators are worried about how low minority teenagers in the United States are performing compared to their white peers. An educational advocacy group the Education Trust says on average, African-American and Latino high school seniors perform math and read at the same level as 13-year-old white students.
