Sacculturalhub.com offers our sincerest condolences to Hub Community Partner, Richard Nelson for the tragic loss of his beloved daughter Monique.  Our hearts and prayers go out to Richard and his family.  We are mourning the loss of 30-year-old Monique Nelson, who shielded her son, Jayden, in the shooting that took place at Fly Cuts & Styles Barbershop on Stockton Blvd in South Sacramento. Join the Sacramento Area Black Caucus (SABC) and the Black United Fund of Sacramento Valley (BUFSV) for their annual Kwanzaa Celebration on Wed-12/29 from 6-8pm at the Oak Park Community Center, 3425 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. in Sacramento.  The year’s program will feature a libation, candle highlighting and unity cup ceremonies; and a panel discussion on economic development.
