| African Aerobics with Instructor, Ms. Cherry Douglas, teaching Congelese Dancing. If you want to trim your waistline and get your legs in shape, take this class. Taking place on Wednesday nights at 6 pm at Fitness Systems, 26 Massie Court in South Sacramento (right off Stockton Blvd). Ms. Cherry has over 30 years of experience in African Dance. In her early 20’s she danced and performed throughout the Bay Area with Fua Dia Congo under the late Malonga Casquelourd. Experience the drum beat, sexy rhythmetic body moves, and feel the energy of African Aerobics. Members of the gym are free and non members just $5 to take the class.
